Agile Technical Delivery Manager - DevOps (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Technical Delivery Manager – DevOps to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our DevOps strategy. You will ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance while driving Agile delivery across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a secure, scalable DevOps strategy that supports business continuity.
• Manage and prioritize the DevOps backlog, balancing business value, operational needs, and technical feasibility.
• Ensure reliability, security, performance, and high availability of systems and applications.
• Lead the design and ongoing improvement of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring solutions.
• Integrate Agile and DevOps practices to accelerate delivery and improve collaboration.
• Mentor and develop the DevOps team, fostering a proactive and improvement‑driven culture.
• Set goals, monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and address skill gaps through training.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and help the team achieve sprint goals.
• Act as the main coordination point between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders, communicating priorities, risks, and progress.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, enforce DevOps best practices, and leverage AI tools to optimise workflows.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar Agile Technical Delivery Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and proven ability to lead Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Agile Scrum Master certification strongly preferred.
• Proactive, outcome‑oriented problem‑solver who can work effectively under pressure.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and collaborative teamwork.
