Agente de ventas en taquilla de autobuses

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic sales agents to work at our ticket counters in the Toledo Bus Station. You will be the first point of contact for passengers, helping them purchase tickets and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Sell transport tickets and related products.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve incidents.
• Handle cash transactions, close the register and perform cash counts.
• Maintain the ticketing area clean and organized.

Required profile

• Residence close to the workplace.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is valued.
• Proactive, commercial mindset and ability to work in a team.
• Comfortable using new technologies.
• High level of English and/or a second language is a plus.

What we offer

• Location: Toledo, Spain.
• Contract: Fixed‑term temporary contract covering medical leave.
• Full‑time schedule with rotating morning, afternoon and split shifts; two days off per week.
• Salary: approximately €1,500 gross per month plus three extra pays.
