Accounts Receivable Analyst

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as an Accounts Receivable Analyst and support the global finance function by ensuring accurate and timely processing of client payments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain healthy cash flow and minimize bad debts.

Key responsibilities

• Apply client payments to open invoices accurately and on schedule.
• Analyze open balances and overdue items to support collection efforts and prevent bad debts.
• Prepare customer reconciliations and regular financial reports.
• Perform checks and controls in line with company standards.
• Lead improvement projects to enhance AR processes.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of all activities according to defined SLAs, conduct root‑cause analysis, and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Working knowledge of SAP or Microsoft Office applications.
• High degree of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
