Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Accounting Staff to join our finance team in Bacoor. The role is on‑site and focuses on preparing and analysing financial statements, managing journal entries, and supporting overall financial accuracy for our property development operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Record, post and reconcile journal entries using accounting software.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support finance‑related tasks such as budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Conduct financial analyses to aid management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and journal entry processes.
• Attention to detail and well‑developed analytical abilities.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience in real‑estate or property development is an advantage.
• CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
