About the role
We are looking for a Cash Operations Officer to join our Bacoor Support Center. The role focuses on managing cash‑in‑vault activities, ensuring accurate processing of deposits, ATM loading, and related transactions while supporting the bank’s commercial loan portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor cash‑in‑vault, deposit pick‑ups and cash cube operations.
- Load cash into ATMs and oversee outward clearing processes.
- Reconcile billing statements and extended vault transactions.
- Support the generation of new commercial loans and the development of existing loan portfolios.
- Cross‑sell bank products and services in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to promote bank offerings.
Required profile
- Graduate of any business‑related course; accounting degree is a plus.
- Experience or exposure to cash handling transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.
