Key responsibilities

• Lead accurate and timely financial reporting across settlement portfolios, ensuring compliance, control effectiveness, and financial integrity.
• Drive resolution of complex reconciliation and financial risk issues, delivering sustainable solutions that support business success.
• Develop and empower a high‑performing accounting team, fostering accountability, growth, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting.
• 4+ years of accounting experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, audit, or related functions.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience managing accounting or finance professionals.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial controls, and reporting standards.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex financial issues and competing priorities.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP system experience.
• Experience with reconciliation tools.
