Account Officer - Housing Loans

About the role
The Account Officer will be responsible for originating and marketing housing loans, ensuring that key business targets are achieved. This role sits within a banking environment and focuses on building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with developers and branch teams to promote housing loan products.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with retail clients, ensuring compliance with bank policies.
- Identify and solicit target accounts, managing the full loan application and turn‑in process.
- Achieve assigned business targets for loan origination and portfolio growth.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic individual with a strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work confidently in a service‑focused, banking environment.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of delivering efficient results.
Required skills
- Knowledge of consumer loan products, policies and procedures.
- Understanding of lending operations and credit policies.
