About the role
The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s financial health by overseeing all financial activities, delivering timely reports, and ensuring strict compliance with regulations. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with cross‑functional teams to support strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and periodic reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal accounting policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the full payroll cycle, guaranteeing timely and accurate payments.
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and documentation.
- Provide regular financial analysis and insights to support business planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
- CMA designation preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
