Account Manager – Tire & Retreading Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join our importation and distribution team in Bacolod. You will manage and grow a portfolio of customers in logistics, aggregates, construction, and mining, delivering tire and retreading solutions that improve fleet performance.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites regularly to understand operational needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Manage account performance, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
• Track credit and collections in coordination with the finance team.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide market feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct product presentations or demos.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer‑relationship roles, preferably in automotive, industrial or B2B distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfort with basic data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to learn technical details of tires and retreading products.
• Ability to work on‑site and travel to customer locations around Bacolod.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
