Account Manager – Podcast Brand Partnerships

About the role

Podcast Network Asia is looking for an Account Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between our brand partners and production teams. You will drive client retention, ensure campaign success, and grow accounts across our podcast portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for brand managers and agencies, handling onboarding, expectation management, and long‑term satisfaction.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating with Executive and Segment Producers to integrate brand requirements into shows on schedule.
• Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with the data team to deliver insight‑driven reports that demonstrate ROI.
• Identify upsell and renewal opportunities throughout campaigns to turn one‑time sponsors into multi‑season partners.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to automate meeting transcriptions, client recaps, and creative ad‑copy brainstorming.
• Maintain 100% data accuracy in internal trackers (Airtable/CRM) to keep all stakeholders aligned.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client success, or media sales support within an agency, media house, or digital marketing firm.
• Proven ability to manage 5–7 active accounts simultaneously with a zero‑drop mentality.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to senior marketing leaders.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, able to handle high‑pressure client escalations calmly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini for workflow automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data tracking.
