About the role

The Account Manager will drive profitable growth for Ericsson by engaging strategically with telecom customers, selling solutions, and managing relationships. You will translate customer needs into end‑to‑end offerings and ensure smooth handover from sales to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Secure short‑term and long‑term revenue by understanding customers’ business objectives.
• Mobilise internal resources to deliver efficient end‑to‑end solutions.
• Develop internal and external relationships to support customer and Ericsson success.
• Focus on a defined portfolio segment, technology area, or geography.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Consultative selling skills with strong commercial understanding.
• Customer and market insight combined with effective negotiation abilities.
