Account Manager – Franchise Accounts

About the role

The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of franchise accounts, acting as the primary liaison for day‑to‑day operations. This mid‑level position ensures smooth communication, compliance with brand standards, and timely financial settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned franchisees, handling inquiries, operational concerns, and administrative requests.
• Partner with Finance to monitor overdue accounts, issue payment reminders, and draft formal notices for unbilled balances or royalty dues.
• Draft, review, and process franchise agreements, amendments, letters of intent, lease takeover notices, and non‑renewal documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding for new franchise openings and manage off‑boarding, closures, or transfers for departing franchisees.
• Collect franchisee feedback, analyze store satisfaction, and follow up on corrective actions from field audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in account management, franchise operations, or client relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation ability, and legal/contractual literacy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
