Account Director – SEA & ANZ (Regional Experience Required)

About the role

The Account Director will lead the client relationship across the South‑East Asia and Australia‑New Zealand markets, driving operational excellence and uncovering new value opportunities. Reporting to the Business Director, you will work closely with strategy, performance, creative and production leads to translate global initiatives into local impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and nurture the client relationship, aligning activities with commercial and marketing priorities.
• Inspire, mentor and manage the in‑market team to deliver high‑quality, innovative solutions.
• Implement Procurement‑as‑a‑Service locally, ensuring in‑market KPIs are met.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to move the client up the marketing value chain.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships with client stakeholders in marketing, shopper, brand and procurement.
• Partner with internal strategy, performance and production teams to deliver seamless, data‑driven campaigns and activations.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a client‑facing role within the SEA and/or ANZ region.
• Deep category knowledge and market insight to shape effective campaigns and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to translate global strategy into actionable local plans.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering measurable business impact.
