Website Developer – Build Engaging Digital Experiences

About the role

MCI is looking for a Website Developer to create and maintain engaging, user‑friendly digital experiences that support our diverse client base. You will work closely with design and marketing teams to translate concepts into functional websites and web applications that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement designs for new websites and update existing sites.
• Refresh website content monthly, including bios, messaging, videos, and images.
• Write SEO‑focused meta descriptions using Google keyword tools.
• Monitor page quality, links, and meta‑tags to improve search performance.
• Utilise Google Analytics and tagging to assess content performance and optimise pages.
• Troubleshoot bugs and website glitches promptly.
• Collaborate on product launch projects to integrate new online courses and products.
• Manage email marketing campaigns and assist with website hosting support.
• Ensure consistent style, quality, tone of voice, and optimisation across all content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Website Developer.
• Strong copywriting and content‑creation abilities.
• Excellent research, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience executing digital marketing programs.
