About the role
Join the vibrant team at Vintana Cafe, the all‑day dining restaurant within Shangri‑La Boracay. As a Waiter/Waitress you will play a key part in delivering memorable dining experiences to guests enjoying the resort’s beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Provide high‑quality, attentive service to every guest.
- Maintain the assigned work section efficiently and cleanly.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Create an exceptional and welcoming experience for all patrons.
Required profile
- Passion for food & beverage service.
- Enjoy delivering high‑quality guest service in a friendly manner.
- Loves interacting with guests and customers.
- Fluent in English and the local language.
- Preferably experienced in a luxury restaurant or 5‑star hotel.
- Curious about new culinary trends and eager to learn.
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality.
