About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our restaurant team as waiters and kitchen crew members. You will help create a welcoming dining experience while supporting food preparation and service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Answer guest inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including refilling condiments and utensils.
• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to standard recipes.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled safely.
• Follow food‑safety and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
• Receive and stock supplies, coordinating with the service crew for timely order delivery.

Required profile

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to collaborate with both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic operation of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems for order taking and payment processing.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
