Waiter – Guest Relations & Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service, create memorable guest experiences, and uphold our brand standards in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a warm smile, establish eye contact, and thank them at departure.
• Build rapport with guests, gather feedback, and ensure individual satisfaction.
• Maintain brand standards, respond to consumer audit results, and implement necessary changes.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, presentation standards, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Keep the outlet clean and organized, both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
• Prepare and assemble orders, perform quality checks, and serve items enthusiastically.
• Review order dockets for accuracy and timeliness, and manage the billing process.
• Anticipate guest needs, communicate daily tasks, and maintain backup stock for busy periods.
• Adhere to hotel policies on fire safety, hygiene, health, and personal grooming.

Required profile

• Experience in food and beverage service, preferably in 5‑star hotels, resorts, or freestanding restaurants (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Diploma in Hospitality Business Management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong time‑management, task‑management, and communication abilities.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
