Samba Waiter/Waitress – Hotel Service

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Samba Waiter/Waitress to join the food & beverage team at Shangri‑La The Fort, Manila. The role involves delivering high‑quality service in a vibrant outlet, supporting the outlet supervisor to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the outlet supervisor with daily administration and operational tasks.
• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the service area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Work split shifts as required to meet outlet coverage needs.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role within an international hotel.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, outgoing and people‑focused.
• Self‑starter, motivated team player with strong initiative.
• Unrestricted right to work in the Philippines.

• Fluent English communication (oral and written).
