Senior Technician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Technician is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of all hotel facilities, ensuring guest satisfaction and supporting internal teams. This role combines hands‑on technical work with excellent customer service in a 5‑star hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely assistance and accurate information to guests and internal customers.
• Maintain electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems according to preventive‑maintenance schedules.
• Execute monitoring, repair and corrective work to keep all equipment in optimal condition.
• Communicate guest and internal requests to supervisors and follow up promptly.
• Adapt work schedule as needed to support continuous hotel operations.
• Uphold grooming standards and assist teammates when required.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the engineering manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel or large commercial building maintenance role.
• Vocational training or a related degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Engineering licence or certification is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills and a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility to work varied shifts.
