About the role

As a Virtual Nurse you will provide remote health assessments and gather essential client information for a diverse patient base. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, focusing on medical history, diagnosis updates, functional status, and support system evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote health assessments via phone calls.
• Collect and document medical history, diagnosis updates, functional status, and support system details.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes for review by nursing staff.
• Coordinate schedule and operational needs with the rostering team.

Required profile

• Valid nursing degree and background (Australian registration not required).
• Fluent Arabic – essential for serving 50‑60% Arabic‑speaking clientele.
• Telehealth or call‑center experience preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior scheduling experience needed.

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency (fluent).
• Nursing qualification and clinical knowledge.
• Telehealth call handling and medical documentation.
