Cardiac Technician – GBS (Manila)

About the role

iRhythm is looking for an experienced Certified Cardiac Technician to join its Global Business Services team in Manila. You will review ECG data, ensure clinical accuracy, and support physicians with timely, high‑quality cardiac reports.

Key responsibilities

• Review patient ECG data and algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness using iRhythm’s Quality Analysis tools.
• Notify physicians of ECG abnormalities according to the physician notification protocol.
• Perform full quality assurance before final report delivery and make requested format modifications.
• Maintain compliance with job‑specific proficiency requirements, including CCT certification.
• Continuously develop ECG rhythm interpretation knowledge.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality metrics defined for the role.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and Good Clinical Practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Certified Cardiac Technician (CCT) or able to obtain certification within 120 days; RN or Paramedic may also qualify.
• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or two years of college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a cardiac telemetry/monitor technician, Holter scanner, or similar ECG interpretation role.
• Demonstrated capability in rhythm analysis and interpretation.
• Intermediate PC proficiency with strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, team player, and critical‑thinking skills.
