USRN Trainer – 1-2 Years Experience in BPO

About the role

The USRN Trainer will join a Manila‑based BPO team supporting US healthcare accounts. The role focuses on delivering training for utilization management review and clinical appeals, ensuring staff apply Interqual and MCG guidelines effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing agents on utilization management and clinical appeals processes.
• Guide staff in applying Interqual and MCG guidelines during inpatient and concurrent reviews.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve review accuracy.
• Maintain training materials and update them according to regulatory changes.
• Work night shift schedules to align with US time zones.

Required profile

• Active USRN license (any state, NY preferred).
• 1‑2 years experience in a US healthcare account handling utilization management review and clinical appeals.
• At least 1 year experience as a trainer in a BPO environment.
• Familiarity with inpatient and concurrent review processes.
