About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic ESL teacher to deliver online English lessons to Korean students of various ages and proficiency levels. The role is office‑based but the teaching is conducted remotely, allowing you to engage with learners from the comfort of a dedicated workspace.
Key responsibilities
- Teach English skills online to Korean students with different ages and levels.
- Provide verbal and written feedback to students after each session.
- Prepare daily assessments and monthly progress reports to track student development.
- Design fun and engaging activities for each class.
- Comply with quality call procedures to ensure high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Passion for teaching and helping learners improve.
- Positive work attitude and high sense of professionalism.
- 2+ years of experience in online or classroom English teaching preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome.
