Travel Sales Specialist – Premium US Clients

About the role

Voyagu is expanding its first Philippines site and is looking for experienced travel sales professionals to manage premium U.S. clients. You will own a book of high‑value customers, selling international business and first‑class airline tickets while delivering a white‑glove travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify warm inbound requests and convert them into closed deals.
• Identify each client’s travel needs and match them with the best flight options.
• Guide clients through business and first‑class choices to secure bookings.
• Provide premium‑level customer care to earn loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
• Build long‑term relationships and become the trusted travel advisor for each client.
• Collaborate with a small team of agents and a team leader to meet sales targets.
• Work night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. time zones (9 PM – 6 AM Manila time).

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of travel sales experience serving U.S. or international customers.
• Proven ability to sell airline tickets, especially business or first‑class.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours and adapt to a fast‑growing environment.
