About the role
We are seeking a motivated Travel Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Taguig City. You will help clients design unforgettable journeys while meeting sales targets in a collaborative office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in‑person consultations.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare accurate quotes and itineraries tailored to client preferences.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
