Travel Coordinator

About the role

The Travel Coordinator provides essential administrative and sales support to MicroSourcing’s Retail Sales Team in Sydney and Manila. You will ensure travel bookings are processed accurately, documentation is complete, and the sales consultants receive timely updates.

Key responsibilities

• Issue travel documentation and tickets for client itineraries.
• Access and update client files in the reservation system, confirming supplier details and booking amendments.
• Verify supplier rates against contracted rates and ensure services match original requests.
• Send booking confirmations and updates to Sales Consultants and flag any pricing or booking discrepancies.
• Book supplementary travel services such as rail and ferry tickets through supplier portals.
• Monitor outstanding deposits and payments, following up as needed.
• Assist the Sales Team with quotations, itinerary preparation, and general booking administration.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the travel industry.
• Familiarity with a travel reservation system (non‑airline systems preferred).
• Strong understanding of travel booking processes and related documentation.
