About the role

Star Flights is looking for a motivated Travel Consultant to join our team in Quezon City. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will help clients design and book their dream vacations, ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized travel advice and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries and travel products.
• Create detailed travel itineraries, process reservations and issue tickets using the company’s booking platforms.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel regulations, visa requirements and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with airlines, hotels and tour operators to secure the best rates and services.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for travel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online travel reservation systems.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheet and word processing tools).
