Travel Consultant

About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Travel Consultant to join our Manila office. You will work directly with crew members and corporate clients, arranging travel, handling logistics and delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries, bookings and reservations.
- Coordinate travel logistics for maritime crews and other corporate customers.
- Provide responsive customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Tailor travel solutions to meet individual client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and travel documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in travel consulting, travel management or travel arrangements.
- Strong customer‑service background with expertise in reservations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
- Relevant certifications or a diploma in travel and tourism are a plus.
