Travel Consultant / Associate (Onsite – Angeles, Pampanga)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel Consultant / Associate to guide clients from their first inquiry through to the travel date. You will work closely with our operations team and international partners to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and travel vouchers.
• Coordinate bookings with local and international partner operators.
• Monitor daily reservations, schedules and ensure accuracy of all booking details.
• Provide real‑time updates and support to clients during their trips.
• Handle basic issue resolution, feedback and administrative tasks related to bookings.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year experience in travel, customer service or reservations.
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
