About the role
The Travel Associate will support clients in creating seamless travel experiences, from flights and accommodations to activities. This role requires a strong customer‑service mindset and up‑to‑date knowledge of travel trends.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning complete travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about current travel trends and popular destinations to recommend optimal options.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and tour operators to secure bookings and confirm arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions, preferences, and travel history.
Required profile
- Diploma in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in travel planning or a similar role.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules.
Required skills
- Proficiency with booking software.
- Experience using online travel platforms.
