Travel and Fleet Staff

About the role

As a Travel and Fleet Staff at AboitizPower, you will support the efficient and cost‑effective delivery of travel services for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and contributing to the company’s mission of transforming energy for a better world.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with contracted travel vendors, monitor performance, and assist in issue escalation and resolution.
• Evaluate proposals from hotels, accommodation providers, and airlines, and support the accreditation process.
• Develop travel coordination plans that align stakeholder needs with departmental service level agreements.
• Create and review Letters of Authorization for local and international travel requests, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support resolution of travel‑related issues such as delays, booking problems, or policy exceptions.
• Prepare and maintain travel records, reports, and documentation for audit and internal tracking purposes.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Sciences, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 2 years of combined experience in administrative services, facilities management, customer support, or operations management.
• Results‑oriented, adaptable to change, and committed to safety and security.
• Digitally driven with a forward‑thinking mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in information and data management, project management, and financial management.
• Strong capability in service quality management and vendor/contractor management.
