Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator supports daily transport and logistics operations, ensuring deliveries arrive on time and issues are resolved promptly. This hybrid role combines office work in Makati with remote tasks, requiring strong organisational skills and proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities with multiple carriers to maintain smooth operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delivery issues, delays, and carrier follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, customers, and internal teams, providing timely delivery updates.
• Review transport invoices, identify discrepancies, and assist in preparing transport quotes for customers.
• Support transport reporting, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis, including ETA adherence.
• Highlight differences between actual delivery timelines and planned ETAs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in transport, logistics, or 3PL operations.
• Familiarity with carrier coordination and delivery workflows.
• Experience reviewing freight invoices and spotting discrepancies.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Transport Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with reporting tools and data accuracy.
