Transition Support Assistant

About the role

The Transition Support Assistant works within the Operations Back Office and Support Department to ensure newly closed accounts are transitioned smoothly. This role involves coordinating deliverables, monitoring account setup, and providing timely reports to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and acknowledge newly closed accounts and ensure they are prepared for transition.
• Implement transition deliverables according to the Transition Plan and schedule.
• Monitor account setup, member activation, and logistics with outsource partners.
• Generate and submit required reports to immediate supervisors and heads.
• Respond to client queries accurately and promptly.
• Collect transition evaluations and surveys from account points of contact.
• Support the Transition Officer in preparing Operations Committee reports.
• Participate in meetings and address queries as assigned.

Required profile

• Completed at least two years of college education, vocational diploma, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work under normal supervision and meet deadlines.
