Training Officer – Heavy Equipment & Trucks

About the role

The Training Officer – Heavy Equipment & Trucks will design, deliver and oversee training programs for SANY’s heavy equipment and truck operators, ensuring safe and efficient operation across construction, mining and industrial sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prepare training materials and programs for SANY heavy equipment and trucks.
• Conduct hands‑on and instructor‑led training sessions for new and existing operators.
• Monitor operator performance, provide coaching and technical guidance.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to stay updated on equipment features, operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessment results and certifications.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, heavy equipment operations or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and truck operation, maintenance and safety procedures.
• Experience in operating or training operators of construction, mining or industrial equipment is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience; certifications in heavy equipment/truck operation are an advantage.
