About the role
We are building a high‑performance sales team in the Philippines to serve existing clients and acquire new prospects for our digital‑marketing portfolio. You will manage inbound client calls, upsell services, and run outbound cold‑calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for our Phoenix‑based closing team.
Key responsibilities
- Answer 20‑30 inbound calls daily, identify upsell and upgrade opportunities, and sell add‑on services such as SEO, listings ads, and lead‑generation website packages.
- Make at least 100 outbound dials per day to existing clients and new prospects, pitching digital‑marketing packages and qualifying high‑value leads.
- Schedule a minimum of 5 qualified discovery calls per day for the Phoenix DMA team and maintain a 70%+ show‑rate.
- Log all interactions and outcomes in the CRM after each call.
- Follow up on no‑show appointments to reschedule and re‑qualify prospects.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in outbound telemarketing, inside sales, or customer success.
- Excellent spoken and written English with a persuasive phone presence.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently during US business hours, and goal‑driven with a proven record of meeting activity targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Salesforce.
