Technology Trainer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Trainer to join our Technology account team. You will design and deliver engaging learning programs that enable new hires and existing staff to perform at their best in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding programs covering pre‑process, process, and client‑specific training.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands‑on sessions and support on‑the‑job training.
• Lead knowledge acquisition and transfer activities with clients and operations teams.
• Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and learning resources.
• Run refresher, remedial, and upskilling courses for current employees.
• Monitor learner performance, provide coaching, and generate training reports and dashboards.
• Track account‑level training metrics and collaborate with leadership to address performance gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Trainer, preferably in BPO, shared services, or customer‑service environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Analytical, research‑oriented, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
