About the role
We are looking for a reliable Technician / Machine Operator to join our production floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, running and monitoring equipment to meet daily manufacturing targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up, operate and monitor machinery according to production specifications.
- Inspect machines before and during operation to confirm proper functioning.
- Load raw materials and adjust machine settings as required.
- Monitor product quality and conduct basic quality checks.
- Clean and maintain machines, tools and the work area.
- Record production data, machine performance and any issues.
- Follow safety protocols and report malfunctions or hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
Required profile
- Ability to work on a production line and follow detailed instructions.
- Attention to safety and quality standards.
- Team‑oriented attitude and good communication with coworkers.
