Technical SEO (Hybrid Work Set-up)

About the role

This role owns organic search performance and the health of the company website – auditing and optimizing existing content, requesting new material to close gaps, and structuring everything for organic and AI‑driven discoverability. It works closely with product marketing, creative, and the external development team to ensure technical SEO best practices and ongoing site health.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and score existing content against SEO/AEO criteria, building a prioritized backlog for optimization, updates, or retirement.
• Identify content gaps from performance data and request new content from Product Marketing and Creative.
• Structure new and existing content for organic and AI‑driven discoverability.
• Own the technical relationship with the external development team for website platform, technical SEO implementation, and analytics integration (GA4, Adwords, Search Console).
• Build reporting and analysis from integrated performance data to continuously tune content and SEO decisions.
• Manage website support and maintenance to ensure ongoing technical site health.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth.
• Proven experience auditing and optimizing content at scale against defined SEO/AEO performance criteria.
• Demonstrated ability to identify content gaps from data and translate them into clear content briefs.
• Strong technical SEO fluency and ability to work directly with development teams on implementation.
• Experience with analytics platforms (GA4, Search Console, Adwords) to tie performance data to content decisions.
