About the role

We are building a next‑generation recruitment team that is modern, data‑driven and built for speed. As a Technical Recruiter you will own the full recruitment cycle for IT talent and help secure top tech professionals for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end IT recruitment (sourcing → closing).
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical needs.
• Build strong pipelines of active, qualified tech talent.
• Move fast, think sharp, and deliver results consistently.

Required profile

• Current experience in IT recruitment within the Philippine market.
• Expert in sourcing niche and high‑demand tech talent across key IT domains.
• Ability to understand and translate technical requirements.
• Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
