Recruiter (RPO) – Talent Acquisition

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Recruiter to manage inbound and active candidate processing for multiple client requisitions. The role involves reviewing applications, screening candidates, and presenting qualified talent to hiring managers while representing IBM's employer value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and post job requisitions on various job boards.
• Maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts and identify process optimisation opportunities.
• Participate in role discovery meetings, set delivery expectations, timelines, and sourcing strategies.
• Screen candidates using resume review, pre‑recorded or scripted interviews and apply scoring criteria.
• Notify candidates of opportunities via the ATS/CRM and act as a brand ambassador to retain interest.
• Submit short‑lists to hiring managers or Talent Acquisition Business Partners and provide status updates.
• Review candidate pool strength and coordinate additional sourcing activities when needed.
• Contribute to high client satisfaction, positive NPS scores, references, and case studies.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO or agency environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and support high‑volume hiring initiatives.
• Experience with candidate selection processes and web‑based applicant tracking systems.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices and human resources staffing.
• Preferred experience in US recruitment, healthcare or IT sectors.
