Technical Recruiter – End‑to‑End IT Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of technology positions. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and extending offers for roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data, and Infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Recruit for technical roles including Software Engineers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data and Infrastructure.
• Screen candidates, assess technical experience, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and build a strong talent pipeline.

Required profile

• Experience in IT/Technical recruitment preferred; associate‑level recruiters with relevant exposure are welcome.
• Strong sourcing and Boolean search capabilities.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and match candidate profiles.
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Proactive, resource‑ful and able to work independently.
