About the role
The HR Manager will lead all human resources functions for Raya Regenerative & Preventive in Makati, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, policy development, and employee development align with the company’s mission of advanced health and longevity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and workplace health and safety programs.
- Coordinate benefits administration and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Ability to work on‑site in Makati and collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
Required skills
- Experience with HRIS or related HR data management systems.
