Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Risk & Compliance Developer team. You will own delivery across a portfolio of compliance, analytics and business‑intelligence platforms, turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of compliance certification, policy management, audit tracking and BI reporting platforms from backlog to production.
• Run the delivery rhythm – sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and cross‑team syncs.
• Maintain RAID logs, project plans and status reports that provide real signal to stakeholders.
• Map and manage dependencies across IT, Risk, Audit and Application teams.
• Translate technical complexity into concise executive updates with actionable risks and mitigations.
• Coordinate releases, change windows and post‑implementation reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs end‑to‑end.
• Strong fluency in Agile/Scrum, SDLC and hybrid delivery models.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) and related compliance systems.
• Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams moving without sacrificing quality or relationships.
• Clear, confident communication tailored to both technical teams and senior leadership.
