About the role

Join a leading Australian Big‑4 accounting firm as a Tax Advisor, delivering high‑impact tax strategy, GST advisory, and cross‑border structuring for sophisticated businesses. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote work and onsite collaboration in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Australian tax returns and technical advisory reports.
• Conduct tax research and draft advice on Australian tax, GST, and complex tax matters.
• Support structuring, cross‑border transactions, and indirect tax advisory work.
• Assist with asset acquisitions, divestments, financing, and IPO tax matters.
• Liaise with the ATO on reviews, audits, and dispute matters.
• Apply legislative updates and tax changes to client engagements.
• Contribute to technical tax knowledge‑sharing and advisory updates.
• Review and organize client records and supporting documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑4+ years of Australian Tax Advisory or Tax Consulting experience.
• Background in Australian public practice accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Tax Law, GST, and Accounting Standards.
• Exposure to structuring, indirect tax, and cross‑border transactions.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA or CTA qualified or pursuing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical advisory skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and solutions‑driven mindset.
