Talent Sourcing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Pear Tree is looking for a dedicated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its team in a fully remote position. You will identify and engage qualified candidates through channels such as LinkedIn, job boards and talent databases, work with your pod to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines and find candidates who match clients' needs. The role is full-time, paid PHP35,000 to PHP40,000 per month, with Australian business hours (Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM PH time) and observation of Australian holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging candidates on Workable and other platforms with targeted searches for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Conducting initial outreach, pre-screening conversations and resume reviews for AU/NZ mortgage support roles.
• Maintaining accurate candidate profiles and pipelines in the ATS.
• Collecting and managing candidate requirements such as introduction videos and other supporting materials.
• Tracking completion of typing assessments so they are processed on time.
• Working closely with recruiters to move candidates smoothly through the early stages of hiring.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in an outsourcing or offshore staffing environment.
• Experience with an IT service-based business; Microsoft industry experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage processes and financial services workflows.
• Ability to review resumes and assess candidate fit, and basic familiarity with typing assessments.
• Self-driven, organized and able to handle several sourcing pipelines at once.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, preferably Workable.
• Proven ability to source candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms.
• Strong communication and people skills, confident in outreach and screening.

What we offer

• Base salary of PHP35,000 to PHP40,000 per month.
