Temporary Process Excellence Specialist

About the role

Analog Devices is hiring a Process Excellence Specialist on a fixed-term basis to support HR Operations transformation initiatives, ServiceNow HRSD readiness and process standardization. The role provides extra capacity for the Process Excellence team during periods of higher project demand, working closely with HR Operations, COEs, HRBPs and project stakeholders. It reports to the Process Excellence Lead and independently manages assigned workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Cross-train team members, maintain backup coverage and support functions so service delivery stays uninterrupted.
• Document current- and future-state workflows, handoffs, controls, roles and regional variations, and maintain process maps, SOPs, job aids and requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate and strengthen HR processes, run root cause analysis and recommend solutions.
• Gather business needs, volumes, risks, impacts and dependencies, and maintain intake tools, project trackers, decision logs, milestones and action items.
• Translate approved requirements into workflows and business rules, and support process validation, testing, training inputs and knowledge materials for ServiceNow readiness.
• Support readiness assessments, transition plans, knowledge transfer, operational handoffs and post-implementation reviews.
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Shared Services, COEs, HRBPs, HRIS and project teams, and track process measures and project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, Process Excellence, Content Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Analysis, Project Coordination or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping, documentation, requirements gathering and stakeholder facilitation.
• Preferred: exposure to ServiceNow HRSD, Workday, case management, knowledge management or HR transformation.
• Ability to write clearly in English and to handle sensitive information carefully.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodology.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, ServiceNow, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience supporting HR transformation, employee experience or process standardization initiatives.
