Sourcing Specialist (Recruitment) – AU Mortgage

About the role

AU Mortgage is looking for a full-time remote Sourcing Specialist based in Manila, working as an independent contractor. The role focuses on building talent pipelines in the Philippines for AU/NZ mortgage support roles, sourcing candidates with experience as Credit Analysts, Mortgage Broker Assistants, Loan Processors and Parabrokers who have worked with Australian and/or New Zealand mortgage processes. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM PH time, with Australian holidays off.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging candidates proactively using Workable and other platforms, with targeted searches for current and upcoming needs
• Conducting initial outreach, pre-screening conversations and resume reviews to assess fit, interest and qualifications
• Maintaining accurate candidate profiles and pipelines in the ATS
• Collecting and managing candidate requirements such as introduction videos and other supporting materials
• Coordinating and tracking completion of typing assessments
• Collaborating with recruiters so candidates progress smoothly through the early stages of hiring

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in an outsourcing or offshore staffing environment
• Experience sourcing Credit Analyst, Loan Processor, Mortgage Broker Assistant or Parabroker roles in the Australian mortgage industry
• Strong understanding of AU/NZ mortgage processes and financial services workflows
• Ability to review resumes and assess candidate fit against role requirements
• Self-driven, organized and able to handle several sourcing pipelines at once

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, preferably Workable
• Sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards and other platforms
• Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods

What we offer
