Talent Sourcer – High‑Volume Recruitment for Australian Market

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performance Talent Sourcer to drive high‑volume candidate sourcing for an Australian business. The focus is on building pipelines and delivering qualified candidates to recruiters, not full‑cycle recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards such as Seek and Indeed, talent databases and referrals.
• Build and maintain pipelines of 200+ candidates per week.
• Conduct initial outreach via calls, messages and emails, making 20–30 outbound calls daily.
• Perform initial screening and qualification checks.
• Maintain talent pools in JobAdder (ATS) and keep data up‑to‑date.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure a steady flow of interview‑ready candidates.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies, tools and outreach methods.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of agency recruitment experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Proven ability to generate high‑volume candidate pipelines.
• Experience supporting Australian clients or roles is highly preferred.
• Comfortable making 20–30 outbound calls per day.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
