Talent Acquisition Specialist – Healthcare (Night Shift, Onsite)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on healthcare talent to join MicroSourcing’s Cagayan de Oro office. The role is onsite, night‑shift and will primarily source licensed physical therapists and other allied‑health professionals to meet national hiring demands.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source clinical talent using platforms such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn Recruiter Projects, Boolean searches and other sourcing tools.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates for physical therapy and allied‑health positions.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and regional leaders to understand hiring requirements and build high‑quality candidate pipelines.
• Maintain talent pipelines in critical and underserved markets, mapping talent and tracking pipeline health.
• Engage candidates with personalized outreach, ensuring a strong candidate experience from first contact.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR teams as needed.
• Leverage data and analytics to report on sourcing activity, conversion rates and pipeline metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, allied health or commission‑driven environments.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct Boolean searches and use resume databases such as Indeed Resume.
• Confidence in cold‑calling and strategic outreach.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑motivated, performance‑focused attitude.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
