Tactical Planner – New Product

About the role

onsemi is seeking a Tactical Planner to support new product initiatives within its automotive and industrial semiconductor portfolio. You will own end‑to‑end demand forecasting, align supply chain activities with market trends, and ensure timely delivery for key product groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tactical planning for a defined group of custom foundry and automotive products.
• Track and improve key supply‑chain metrics as defined in the product goal plan.
• Maintain quality‑system compliance and communicate customer issues.
• Optimize global on‑time delivery performance.
• Serve as the interface between key touch points and coordinate inquiries with manufacturing sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present to global teams.
• Good understanding of supply‑chain, manufacturing and engineering processes, including fab, sort, assembly and test operations.
